Harry Styles‘ “Watermelon Sugar,” which became his first No. 1 song on the Billboard Hot 100, also leaps into the top 10 of the summery summary from No. 13 to No. 8.
Meanwhile, DaBaby‘s “Rockstar,” featuring Roddy Ricch, reigns a ninth week at No. 1 on the chart. And the following top four songs hold their positions for another week: The Weeknd‘s “Blinding Lights” (No. 2); Megan Thee Stallion‘s “Savage,” featuring Beyoncé (No. 3); Jack Harlow’s “Whats Poppin,” featuring DaBaby, Tory Lanez and Lil Wayne (No. 4); and Saint Jhn‘s “Roses” (No. 5).
The Songs of the Summer running tally tracks the most popular titles based on cumulative performance on the weekly streaming-, airplay- and sales-based Billboard Hot 100 chart from Memorial Day through Labor Day (this year encompassing charts dated June 6 through Sept. 5). At the end of the season, the top song of the summer will be revealed.
