Shanna Moakler has nothing but love for ex Travis Barker amid news that he “married” Kourtney Kardashian in Las Vegas.
“Congratulations to the happy couple,” Moakler, 47, said in a statement to People on Tuesday. “I wish them the best that life has to offer on their journey together.”
The former playmate married the Blink-182 drummer in 2004 and they share two children – daughter Alabama, 16, and son Landon, 18. Barker is also close with Moakler’s 23-year-old daughter, Atiana, from her previous relationship with Oscar De La Hoya.
Moakler and Barker, 46, split in in 2008, with the model previously claiming that a tryst with Kourtney’s sister Kim is what ruined their union.
“I divorced my ex because, I saw them — I caught them having an affair,” Moakler alleged to Us Weekly in May 2021.
Moakler has most recently been linked to on-again, off-again boyfriend Matthew Rondeau, though their relationship has soured since Rondeau was arrested for felony domestic violence on Feb. 24.
The arrest came shortly after he posted a controversial Instagram video in which he called Moakler a “f–king whore” and other expletives, in addition to claiming she was not over Barker.
As for Barker, he and Kardashian, 42, held a wedding ceremony in Las Vegas — complete with an Elvis impersonator – hours after Sunday’s 2022 Grammys.
However, a source confirmed to Page Six that the wedding was not legally binding, but one of “several” celebrations with “lots of fanfare” the couple is planning.
The lovebirds got engaged in a beachfront proposal in October 2021 after dating for about nine months.
In addition to Moakler, Barker was married to Melissa Kennedy from 2001 to 2002. Kardashian has never been married, but shares three children – Mason, 12, Penelope, 9, and Reign, 7 – with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick.
