It was never going to take much to enrage those who believe Eva Marie is awful and shouldn’t be anywhere near a pro wrestling ring but it’s especially delicious that they’re so entirely consumed by it that they’re even mad at her for not wrestling! They’re mad at her for Piper Niven debuting by her side and wrestling for her!
It’s incredible!
They’ll tell you it’s the “wrong kind of heat” and be upset about the fact that commentary didn’t acknowledge Piper’s NXT UK past. I have my own concerns about the pairing and how it will be handled but those have nothing to do with blind hatred for Eva Marie.
I missed this hatred. I’m so glad it’s back.
