A new scavenger hunt commemorating the 50th anniversary of Walt Disney World is now available at select resort hotels.
We picked up this scavenger hunt sheet at Buena Vista Gifts in Disney’s Contemporary Resort.
The front side has a story about the opening of Walt Disney World and the different ticket types the parks once used.
The back has the actual hunt, which takes guests around Disney’s Contemporary Resort looking for clues.
Each clue corresponds to a Magic Kingdom attraction that was open on October 1, 1971. Signs for the attractions are scattered throughout the resort, each with a corresponding ticket type letter. Guests can then use the letter clues to complete the phrase at the bottom of the sheet (we have a feeling we already know what it spells out).
This scavenger hunt is also available at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and may be available at more resort hotels throughout Walt Disney World.
