Father-of-seven Nick Cannon has revealed he will be ‘taking a break’ from having children after his therapist recommended celibacy.
The TV presenter, 40, welcomed three new additions in June by two mothers, son Zen and twins Zion Mixolydian and Zillion Heir with model Alyssa Scott and DJ Abby De La Rosa, respectively.
It was only six months earlier that his ex-girlfriend Brittany Bell gave birth to their daughter Powerful Queen, while they share a son named Golden, four.

The star told Entertainment Tonight, ‘My therapist said I should be celibate. Okay, give me a break bus. I’m [gonna] take a break from having kids.’
Nick also shares twins Moroccan and Monroe, 10, with his former wife and superstar singer Mariah Carey, following an eight year marriage ending in 2016.
‘I come from a big family, I have several siblings,’ he told ET.
‘Being raised in an unorthodox family by my grandparents at times, I’ve experienced such a wide range of upbringing that I have such a love and passion for kids and family. I want a big family too.’

The comedian previously bragged to radio station Power 106 that there were plenty of women he could have impregnated but chose not to.
‘I don’t have no accident. Trust me, there’s a lot of people that I could’ve gotten pregnant that I didn’t.’
According to the former America’s Got Talent host, the ones who became pregnant were the ones that were ‘supposed to’.
He also defended the unconventional arrangement on The Breakfast Club after its host Charlamagne tha God said that people question his amount of baby mothers.

The Masked Singer presenter, admitting he doesn’t subscribe to monogamy, said, ‘Why do people question it? That’s a eurocentric concept when you think about the ideas… that you’re supposed to have this one person for the rest of your life.
‘The idea that a man should have one woman… we shouldn’t have anything. I have no ownership over this person. It’s about what exchange we can create together.
‘I don’t subscribe to that. Those women, all women, are the ones that open themselves up and say ‘I would like to allow this man in my world. And I will birth this child. It ain’t my decision. I’m following suit.’
Amicable: Mariah and Nick have remained on good terms, having reunited following their split in order to co-parent their sprogs (pictured in 2018)
