She’s continued to let photos from her opulent 40th birthday celebration trickle out despite widespread criticism for the display of wealth.
And Kim Kardashian didn’t let up on Monday as she posted a photo of herself and Scott Disick going for a swim.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians fixture and the 37-year-old Flip It Like Disick star were both pictured diving into the crystal clear water in an action photo taken on the private island in French Polynesia.
Taking a dip: Kim Kardashian shared an action photo of herself and Scott Disick, 37, going for a dive during her controversial 40th birthday celebration in French Polynesia last month
Kim showed off her flat tummy and sculpted figure in a neon green two-piece swimsuit with high-cut bottoms.
She sported bright yellow nails and had her dark locks flipped back as she dove into the cool, clear water.
Scott opted to contrast her look with a pair of magenta swim trunks.
Both had the hands out as they dove from the edge of the water.

Taking the plunge: Kim shared other photos of herself taking a dip in the revealing green suit, including with her sister Kourtney and her friend La La Anthony
By her side: Scott opted for a pair of pink swim trunks. He was featured in the initial tweet from the trip that set meme makers to work poking fun at Kim’s privilege and extreme wealth
Kim also featured her bright green swimwear in some bathing suit photos featuring her sister Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kendall Jenner.
She was also seen on the same day as she went swimming with Kourtney.
Scott had been a fixture in the photos of Kim’s birthday celebrations, and he was among the people featured in her initial batch of pictures that were widely mocked on social media.
Kim and her friends, comprising 30 people, flew over night to the private resort in French Polynesia on October 20 in a charter Boeing 777, according to Page Six.
She and her family and friends stayed for five days at the Brando Resort near Tahiti, where rooms can run up to $20,000 per night, on the private island previously owned by the late Marlon Brando.
Meme makers went to work with her initial photos from the celebration, posting movie stills from sinister or comical island locations, or clueless displays of extreme wealth, to accompany her initial tweet: ‘After 2 weeks of multiple health screens and asking everyone to quarantine, I surprised my closest inner circle with a trip to a private island where we could pretend things were normal just for a brief moment in time.’

Some critics were angered that the reality star and her friends and family had traveled as COVID-19 cases were reaching alarming levels throughout the US, and that they socialized without a single mask in sight.
Others questioned the display of wealth as many Americans, and people across the globe, have lost their jobs or had to make due with less due to economic devastation brought on by the pandemic and government inaction.
Missing from her recent beach photos was Kim’s husband Kanye West, 43, but he also came under fire for presenting Kim with a hologram of her late father Robert Kardashian.
Though some fans found the display touching, others wrote on social media that it was tasteless or creepy.
Objections: Some social media users were angered that Kim and her friends traveled during a pandemic, while others found the display of extreme wealth distasteful
Kim’s friendship with Scott was cemented years earlier during his relationship with her older sister Kourtney.
The two began dating in 2005, and they share three children: their sons Mason, 10, and Reign, five, and their daughter Penelope, eight.
In 2011, Scott and Kourtney considered getting engaged, but they ultimately opted to leave their relationship the way it was.
However, the relationship on–off relationship wasn’t meant to be, and the couple separated in 2016, two years after they welcomed Reign.
