Khloe Kardashian is proud to rock her natural hair texture.
The Good American founder took to Instagram on August 13 to share a series of photos in which she traded in her more common straight locks for a curly ‘do. Sporting a light purple matching workout set, the reality star captioned the post, “I rarely wear my natural hair texture. Felt kinda cute with it (please don’t ruin the feeling.”
Kardashian’s sister Kendall Jenner approved, writing in the comments section, “I love your natural hair.”
Tristan Thompson, the father of Kardashian’s only child True, showed support with a series of heart-eyed emojis, while her best friend Malika Haqq added, “My fav.”
Plenty of Kardashian’s followers applauded the look and declared that she should embrace her natural texture more often.
“Khloe please wear this hair more OFTEN,” one wrote.
Another gushed, “It’s beautiful, you should wear it more.”
Still, others thought it was “sad” that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum thought people might “ruin” the happy mood she was in with negative comments.
“It is so cute! Please don’t ever let anyone ruin your good feels!” one lamented, while another pointed out, “the fact that she had to say ‘please don’t ruin the feeling’ is sad.”
Kardashian — who, like her sisters, has come under fire for allegedly not owning up to editing photos and having cosmetic procedures done — opened up on social media in April about feeling insecure after an unedited photo of herself in a bathing suit was posted to the internet without her permission.
“The photo that was posted this week was beautiful,” she wrote at the time. “But as someone who has struggled with body image her whole life, when someone takes a photo of you that isn’t flattering in bad lighting or doesn’t capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point — and then shares it to the world — you should have every right to ask for it not to be shared — no matter who you are.”
