Kelly Clarkson and her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock already finalized their divorce in March.
But the 45-year-old music executive is still making demands in court to the talk show host – with whom he has two children, River Rose, seven, and Remington Alexander, six – over his current residence.
Blackstock has asked that the 13 security cameras located all around their Montana ranch – where he has been staying for years – be turned off, according to court documents seen by The Blast.

That includes web cameras outside the property and any cameras on the horse or walking trails.
Clarkson is not being asked in the court documents to deactivate any inside cameras, but that may be because there are not any.
He does not have much longer to reside at the property because he is scheduled to exit the premises in June.
But for some reason he wants those cameras turned off now.

It was not made clear in court filings what bothers Blackstock about having the cameras on, but it was suggested by his legal team that he wants to maintain his privacy, it was alleged by The Blast.
‘Kelly Blackstock shall forthwith turn off all web-cams, trail cams, and any other security cameras at (the address) which are now approximately 13 in total,’ the order said according to the site.
It was also demanded that lawyers for the American Idol alum must show proof to Blackstock’s legal team that she has turned off the cameras and they wants an explanation as to how it was done.

Clarkson must do as requested because a Los Angeles County Court judge signed off on the agreement, the site also claimed.
He is not living at the ranch for free. He has to pay $12,000 a month to reside there and cover all the utilities.
But Clarkson is paying Blackstone well.

She gives him $115,000 a month in spousal support until January 2024 and $45,000 a month in child support until the kids turns 18 even though she has primary custody of the kids.
They visit their father once a month at his Montana ranch.
And she had to give him a one-time, tax-free, payment of $1,326,161, according to the site.

This comes two months after Clarkson finalized her name change to Kelly Brianne just weeks after her divorce from Blackstock.
The chat show host was granted the new moniker by a judge in California on Monday, March 28.
UsWeekly obtained legal documents on Tuesday which state: ‘There being no objections, the petition for change of name is granted.

In February it emerged she had filed to legally change her name to Kelly Brianne, her first and middle names.
But then just days ago, she clarified that the name change is simply for her personal life, and quipped that it is ‘too late’ to change her public name now in an interview.
Talking to People (the TV Show!) she joked: ‘I don’t think I can change Clarkson at this point. I’m 20 years in!’
The news that she wanted to change her name came in the wake of her tumultuous divorce from Blackstock.
‘I just got divorced, so I had to drop my married last name,’ she told People (the TV Show!). ‘I just kept my middle name for my personal life. I’m still Kelly Clarkson.’
Kelly made the clarification at the red carpet premiere of American Song Contest, the reality competition show she co-hosts with Snoop Dogg for NBC.
She said in late February that she had a ‘desire’ to switch to Kelly Brianne as her ‘new name more fully reflects who’ she is, according to multiple reports.
It comes after the singer filed for divorce from her ex-husband Brandon Blackstock in June 2020, citing ‘irreconcilable differences.’
However, she never legally took on her ex-spouse’s surname. ‘Clarkson’ is her own family name.
