Kanye West has a new residence … for now.
After hosting an estimated 42,000 fans at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium Thursday for the official unveiling of his long-awaited 10th album “Donda,” the rapper is still at the stadium working on his album, Heather Sautter, spokesperson for AMB Sports + Entertainment, confirmed to USA TODAY Monday.
The Associated Press reports West has been living inside Mercedes-Benz Stadium since his listening party and plans to stay until he is finished with his album.
The rapper was even spotted among fans at an Atlanta United soccer match at the stadium Saturday, sporting the same reddish-orange attireand face-covering balaclava he wore at his unveiling. He shared an Instagram video of Atlanta United fans chanting “olé” during the match.
“Donda” was scheduled to be released on Friday, the day after West’s bizarre and wordless appearance at his listening party in Atlanta. But the highly-anticipated album was delayed yet again. “Donda” is now expected to be released Aug. 6.

West named the album after his mother, Donda West, who died in 2007 at age 58. West initially announced the album would arrive in July 2020.
The album features star-studded collaborators, including Lil Baby and Jay-Z, who Kanye previously teamed up with for their 2011 Grammy-nominated joint album “Watch the Throne.”
