Joe Giudice has revealed he is involved with a woman in Italy – just over a month after his divorce from Teresa Guidice was finalized.
The 48-year-old moved to Italy late last year ahead of a legal decision on whether he would be deported there after getting out of prison for fraud.
In a new interview with E! News he chatted about the new woman in his life, saying: ‘We’re not really dating but we’re, like, seeing each other or whatever.’
Back out there: Joe Giudice has revealed he is involved with a woman in Italy – just over a month after his divorce from Teresa Guidice was finalized
Teresa and Joe officially separated last December and their divorce was finalized at the beginning of this September, ending a marriage of 20 years.
Joe is now hunkering down in Salerno near Naples and the woman he is ‘seeing’ there happens to be ‘a fan’ of his reality star ex.
A couple of weeks ago he had appeared on The Wendy Williams Show and shared: ‘I’m actually seeing a lawyer, yeah.’
He dished that she was ‘helping me out a lot out here’ as ‘I got a lotta things going on out here and she’s putting a lot of deals together for me.’
The way they were: Teresa and Joe officially separated last December and their divorce was finalized at the beginning of this September, ending a marriage of 20 years
Joe and the lawyer have ‘been seeing each other, you know what I mean? I wouldn’t say that we’re boyfriend and boyfriend, but we’re kinda like hanging out a lot.’
A source told Us Weekly in June that Teresa was ‘allowing Bravo to film her dating’ on the upcoming season of The Real Housewives Of New Jersey.
Joe is open to the prospect of her finding another man, telling E! News recently: ‘What’s she going to do, stay alone forever? That’s not fair, as well.’
He added: ‘Look, if I would have got out and I would have been able to go home, who knows what would happen? Maybe we’d still be in the same situation, maybe not. I don’t know. Things change after so many years.’
Family matters: They share daughters Gia, 19, Gabriella, 16, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 11, two of whom will be visiting him in just a couple of weeks
As for his equation with Teresa: ‘I mean, listen, we talk every day but, we kind of moved on already. What are you going to do? It’s been a while.’
He noted: ‘If I was living there, it would be a different story, but I’m not. I’m over here, eight hours away in Italy, full of a bunch of Italian women.’
Joe was born in Saronno, Lombardy and lived in America since childhood but neglected to ever obtain U.S. citizenship, leaving him vulnerable to deportation after he and Teresa were convicted of various counts of fraud in 2014.
Making it work: He and Teresa have maintained an amicable relationship since their split and she took their four daughters to Italy before lockdown to visit their father
Both Teresa and Joe spent time in jail, serving back to back sentences so that one parent at a time could be at home with their children.
Joe’s deportation was court ordered back in October 2018 and he announced this April that his last appeal had been denied.

They share daughters Gia, 19, Gabriella, 16, Milania, 15, and Audriana, 11, two of whom will be visiting him in just a couple of weeks.
‘Two of my daughters will be coming Nov. 4, Milania and Gia. So I’m excited. It would be nice if all four came but the little one’s got dance and Gabriella is very on top of her game, she doesn’t like to miss anything. Which is understandable,’ Joe shared.
‘I FaceTime with them all the time. I talk to Teresa all the time, too. You know, we’re OK. It is what it is….We wanna set something up for Christmas, we’re talking maybe meeting at an island. Hopefully everything opens up.’
