Jerry Seinfeld has listed his sprawling Telluride, Colorado mountain retreat, 10 years after his first attempt to offload the property.
The 66-year-old actor and his wife Jessica Seinfeld, are asking for $14.95 million for the 12,300 sq ft ranch-style property that sits on 27-acres and has 11 bedrooms, 11 full bathrooms and two half baths.
Additionally, Jerry and Jessica have listed a four-bedroom guest house, which sits on a separate 17-acre parcel, for $2.775 million.

The right time: The Seinfelds listed the property in 2011 for $18.3 million but took it off the market after a few months. The couple have now decided to sell the sprawling property because their kids are older and the market is hot
The Seinfelds bought the main house – built in 1991 – in 2007 for $7.55 million. A year later they purchased the guest house for $2.3 million, which they’ve reportedly been using as a caretaker’s cottage, according to the listing agent.
It’s the second time the couple, who are avid skiers, have attempted to sell the property. They listed it back in 2011 for $18.3 million but changed their minds after a few months and took it off the market.
Jerry and Jessica have frequently stayed at the home, which is 10 minutes away from Telluride Ski Resort, with their kids Sascha, 20, Julian, 18, and Shepherd, 15, over the years.
Now that their children are older and the real estate market in Colorado is hot, the couple have decided it’s the right time to sell the vacation home.
Listing agent Bill Fandel of Compass revealed he already has viewings lined up as he told WSJ.com: ‘Recognizing the strong demand for properties, they felt this was a good time,’

‘After the Seinfelds purchased the property, they did a remodel and re-imagined the whole place,’ Fandel added.
The couple should have no problem offloading the property as Fandel explained that Telluride is currently seeing bidding wars and record-breaking prices.
Tom Cruise just listed his nearby home for $39.5 million and director Barry Sonnenfeld just closed on the sale of his $13 million property in the same area as the Seinfelds.
Jerry and Jessica’s main home is an apartment overlooking Central Park on the Upper West Side. They also have a sprawling waterfront mansion in the Hamptons which they purchased for $32 million from Billy Joel back in 2000.
