Jamie Lynn Spears was overcome with emotion while discussing her ‘complicated’ relationship with megastar sister Britney on Good Morning America.
In a preview for the Sweet Magnolias star’ highly-anticipated TV interview, which airs on Wednesday, the 30-year-old actress can be seen wiping away tears as she spoke of their estrangement.
‘I love my sister,’ Jamie Lynn told news anchor Juju Chang, 56, who replied: ‘But things have gotten complicated.’

Sounding defeated, the mother-of-two, who resides in Louisiana with her husband Jamie Watson, confessed: ‘I guess so.’
Chang also asked the Zoey 101 alum directly what caused the ‘rift’ between them and what she regrets not saying, nodding to her new memoir Things I Should Have Said.

‘And my dad acted like he didn’t know that I was told I had to be tested over the Christmas holidays before they sent me away, when my kids went to home to Louisiana. He was the one who approved all of it. My whole family did nothing.’

On July 17, the former Mouseketeer took Jamie Lynn to task again over covering a remix of her 2011 song Till the World Ends at the 2017 Radio Disney Music Awards where she was honored.

Back in October, snippets of her memoir, obtained by TMZ, Jamie Lynn revealed her parents would not allow her to tell Britney she was expecting a baby girl as they attempted to keep her teen pregnancy under wraps.
