The Iowa Department of Public Health on Saturday reported 103 new positive COVID-19 tests and six additional deaths.At 10 a.m., IDPH reported 401,693 total positive tests, 359,978 total recoveries and 6,053 total deaths since the start of the pandemic. Twenty-four hours earlier, IDPH reported 401,590 total positive tests and 6,047 total deaths.State data shows 1,348,635 people have completed a vaccine series in Iowa, while 2,752,984 total vaccine doses have been administered. There are 25 patients in ICU and 10 patients on ventilators.There are three long-term care facilities reporting COVID-19 outbreaks in Iowa, with 22 positive cases and seven recoveries among residents and staff within those facilities.
