Iowa’s COVID-19 positivity rates continue to decline, and hospitalizations are at the lowest level since last July.The Iowa Department of Public Health reported 283 new positive COVID-19 cases and three new deaths Friday.At 10 a.m., IDPH reported 399,074 total positive tests, 354,104 total recoveries and 5,997 total deaths since the start of the pandemic. IDPH reported 398,791 total positive tests and 5,994 total deaths a day earlier.
