The Iowa Department of Public Health reported 146 new positive COVID-19 tests and four additional deaths Thursday.At 10 a.m., IDPH reported 402,171 total positive tests, 361,565 total recoveries and 6,061 total deaths. Twenty-four hours earlier, IDPH reported 402,025 total positive tests and 6,057 total deaths.State data shows 1,365,072 people have completed a vaccine series in Iowa, with 2,779,431 total doses administered.
