The health department reports 1,514,922 Iowans have been tested for COVID-19, while 3,844,755 tests have been administered. Only Adair County reports a 14-day average higher than 15%. That county now reports a 24.4% rate. No other county reports an average higher than 13.4%.COVID-19 hospitalizations were up slightly overnight. There are now 242 individuals hospitalized with the virus, up from 240 a day earlier. There are 57 patients in ICU and 28 patients on ventilators.Thirty-five of Iowa’s long-term care facilities report virus outbreaks. The state reports 948 positive cases and 630 recoveries among residents and staff within those facilities.
