The number of COVID-19 cases linked to an outbreak at a Waldo County church has increased to 32, according to the Maine Center for Disease Control.The Maine CDC said it is investigating the outbreak associated with the Brooks Pentecostal Church and its affiliated school, Lighthouse Christian Academy, in Brooks.The Maine CDC said anyone who attended a fellowship rally that the congregation hosted between Oct. 2 and 4 could have been exposed to the virus and should take precautions.The agency also says anyone who spent any time at the church or affiliated school since October should monitor themselves for symptoms of COVID-19.The Maine CDC said more information about the outbreak will be released at Tuesday’s briefing.
