A Classic Roman Dish - Bucatini all'Amatriciana Like many of you, Meg and I watched the Stanley Tucci special on CNN called Searching for Italy. In the Rome episode, he has lunch at Armando Al Pantheon to enjoy their famous rigatoni all'amatriciana, one of Rome's famous pastas. I made it a little different and call it bucatini all'Amatriciana. Of course I had to run out and buy the ingredients so we could make it at home. Not a lot of ingredients and very simple to prepare and absolutely delicious. Let's look at some of the ingredients. Gunna has reportedly turned himself in to authorities. According to a report from local Atlanta news outlet CBS46, Gunna was arrested late yesterday (May 10) on a charge of Conspiracy to Violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO). This comes a day after Gunna, Young Thug and 26 other YSL members and associates were hit with RICO charges. Thug was specifically arrested on charges of Conspiracy to Violate the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations Act and Participation in Criminal Street Gang Activity. Young Thug is also accused of allegedly giving two purported YSL members—Christian Eppinger and Antonio Sumlin—permission to make a second attempt to murder YFN Lucci while he’s in the Fulton County Jail. “Succession” actor James Cromwell super-glued himself to a Starbucks counter as part of vegan milk protest – CBS News

James Cromwell, "Succession" actor and honorary director of PETA, superglued himself to a Starbucks counter in New York City on Tuesday. Cromwell glued his hand to the counter at a Midtown, Manhattan location to call on Starbucks to stop charging extra for vegan milk.  PETA, which stands for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, live-streamed the "glue-in" on Facebook. The video shows several other protesters holding signs and chanting "save the planet, save the cows." Police officers showed up and asked the demonstrators to disperse.  Cromwell and another man, however, appeared to have stayed inside longer than other protesters, their hands stuck to the counter near the cash registers. Widest gender difference seen for espresso; narrowest for plunger (cafetière) coffee. The sex of the drinker, as well as the brewing method, may be key to coffee’s link with raised cholesterol, a known risk factor for heart disease, suggests research published on May 10, 2022, in the open access journal Open Heart. Drinking espresso was associated with the widest gender difference in cholesterol level; plunger (cafetière) coffee was associated with the narrowest, the findings show.
