A Classic Roman Dish - Bucatini all'Amatriciana Like many of you, Meg and I watched the Stanley Tucci special on CNN called Searching for Italy. In the Rome episode, he has lunch at Armando Al Pantheon to enjoy their famous rigatoni all'amatriciana, one of Rome's famous pastas. I made it a little different and call it bucatini all'Amatriciana. Of course I had to run out and buy the ingredients so we could make it at home. A baby fox has tested positive for bird flu H5N1 in Minnesota, state officials revealed Wednesday, in the first case to be reported in a wild mammal in America. The State's Department of Natural Resources said the fox kit was found lying outside a fox den and being unable to use its back legs in Anoka County, near Minneapolis. It was taken in by a family to be brought to a wildlife sanctuary the following morning, but it died overnight in their care. On Thursday evening local time -- 3 p.m. ET for those stateside -- 18 countries will vie for a spot in Saturday's grand final in Turin, Italy. The performers for the second of two semifinal rounds will include representatives from the countries of: Finland, Israel, Serbia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Malta, San Marino, Australia, Cyprus, Ireland, North Macedonia, Estonia, Romania, Poland, Montenegro, Belgium, Sweden and the Czech Republic. Performers from Germany, Spain and the United Kingdom will also take the stage but they are automatically qualified for the big finale.
