With Downtown Disney District opening to the public on July 9th, there has been much to follow. Today, we made our way back to take see if things have settled at the Disneyland Resort. Join us in taking a look at the temperature screenings, virtual queues, parking lines, views from the Esplanade, and more. Downtown Disney Parking Today, we got to Disneyland Resort around 5:00 pm. All parking was directed to the Simba Parking lot. Cars sat stalled for a moment as capacity was very high already. This has been a problem since opening a few days ago. Parking was complimentary. Temperature Screenings The Disneyland Hotel entrance from Downtown Disney is currently blocked off with “temporarily closed” signage. NEW YORK (AP) — Phyllis Somerville, an actor with a lengthy career of roles in film, television and Broadway productions, has died. She was 76. Somerville's manager Paul Hilepo says the actor died Thursday in New York City of natural causes.  A native of Iowa, Somerville moved to New York in the 1970s. She most recently appeared onstage in the Broadway production of "To Kill a Mockingbird." "She took pride in calling herself a New Yorker but she had salt of the Earth mid-western roots which she was also proud of," Hilepo said in an email. The duo announced the news themselves when their non-compete clause with WWE expired. No doubt they will have their sights set on tag team gold. The North (Ethan Page & Josh Alexander) have been Impact champs for over a year. They will defend against Ken Shamrock and Sami Callihan at Slammiversary. As the months passed, people began disappearing. Chairs once occupied by garment workers inside the Los Angeles Apparel factory sat empty. Rumors circulated about how the missing workers had gotten sick, or even died, of COVID-19. Mariana, a 56-year-old woman from El Salvador, felt afraid every day. She said workers like herself received little or delayed information from the South L.A. company about positive cases, leaving them to try and deduce why their colleagues had left.
