Dave Chappelle Hanging with David Letterman in His Ohio Hometown – TMZ

Here's Dave Chappelle hanging with David Letterman in Chappelle's hometown for what looks like a new episode of Letterman's show ... and possibly for one of Dave's socially-distanced comedy shows. The two comedy giants shared a laugh and a cup of coffee Wednesday in Yellow Springs, Ohio, sitting on a bench outside Dark Star Books and Comics. You don't see this every day. Chappelle and Letterman, who had a Chappelle-branded face mask hanging off his ear, were followed by a big camera crew -- which seems to indicate they're shooting an episode of Letterman's interview show, "My Next Guest Needs No Introduction." However, Chappelle's been doing socially-distanced comedy -- which he's dubbed 'Chappelle...

Umbrella Academy is delivering what Marvel movies promised fans – Polygon

Two years ago, only really dedicated fans of Gerard Way’s 2007 graphic novel would’ve been familiar with the Hargreeves siblings. This week, legions of fans eagerly await the second season of Netflix’s adaptation of the obscure comic. The cinematic story of the seven superpowered Hargreeves siblings has garnered attention for its style, cast, and perhaps most surprisingly, its emotional latitude. In corners of the internet, fans of the series create GIF-sets of Vanya dealing with childhood trauma and isolation, and write bulleted headcanons about what the Hargreeves siblings do when they hang out. There’s a sense that Umbrella Academy is reflecting something familiar, even under the wildest circumstances. Fans of the Marvel Cinematic Universe take a similar approach online, revel...

"We all want a vaccine tomorrow. That's unrealistic. And we all want a vaccine that's 100% effective. Again, unrealistic," Hahn said in an interview with Dr. Howard Bauchner of the Journal of the American Medical Association. WHO says young people appear to be causing coronavirus cases to surge in some countries – CNBC

World Health Organization officials said Thursday that young people "letting down their guard" appear to be causing coronavirus cases to surge in some countries, and while their risk of death is generally low, they may suffer from long-term symptoms even after they recover.   "We have said it before and we will say it again, young people are not invincible," WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said during a press conference at the agency's headquarters in Geneva. "Young people can be infected, young people can die and young people can transmit the virus to others."  Convincing younger people across the globe that the virus could pose a serious risk for their health remains a challenge for WHO, Tedros said. Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove, head of the WHO's emerging...
