The Iowa Department of Public Health on Tuesday reported 346 new positive COVID-19 tests and no additional deaths.At 10 a.m., the health department reported 398,056 total positive tests, 352,573 total recoveries and 5,985 total deaths since the start of the pandemic. The health department reported 397,710 total positive tests and 5,985 total deaths a day earlier. The 14-day average is holding steady at 3.8% and the 7-day average remains at 3.6%.The number of Iowans hospitalized with COVID-19 dropped from 169 to 163 in the last 24 hours. There are 43 patients in ICU and 22 patients on ventilators.Iowa continues to report one long-term care facility with a virus outbreak. The Urbandale Health Care Center reports 19 positive cases and 17 recoveries among residents and staff.
