1,265 new COVID-19 cases, 7 additional deaths reported in Massachusetts

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health reported an additional 1,265 confirmed COVID-19 cases Sunday, bringing the statewide total to 631,471 since the start of the pandemic. State health officials also added seven confirmed COVID-19-related deaths to the state’s total, which is now 17,117.So far, about 5.91 million doses of COVID-19 vaccine have been shipped to Massachusetts, of which 86.0% have been administered.
