“Saturday Night Live” guest host Regina King starred in a skit taken from today’s viral headlines — as a woman who used Gorilla Glue in her hair to disastrous results.
The woman seeks legal compensation in a spoof accident lawyer commercial.
“If this has happened to you, you are not alone,” said King’s Latrice Commode, not only a victim but half of the law firm Commode & Commode. “This is not your fault.”
“Fact. Every day as many as one people fall victim to using Gorilla Glue as a beauty product and they deserve compensation,” said Commode, standing next to her husband Denzel Commode (Kenan Thompson), who has suffered the same hair mishap using the fast-bonding glue.
“It’s a mistake that could happen to anybody, like brushing your teeth with Preparation H,” said Latrice Commode.

The skit featured testimonials from various victims who have suffered from similar conditions with everyday home products. Cicely Thompson starred as a Silly Putty victim who sat down on the product which affixed to her, and who suffered a Sharpie eyebrow mishap.
“We’re coming for you Silly Putty and Sharpie,” she said.
“We are not stupid, and we know what we’re up against,” said Denzel, trying to stifle a laugh as Commode.
“We know it’s going to be hard, taking a gorilla to court and suing him over his glue,” added Latrice Commode. “But that’s a risk we are willing to take. This gorilla is problematic and needs to answer for his so-called beauty glue.”
“Don’t be silenced by big gorilla,” said Thompson, joining the other victims as the skit concluded.
