Iowa’s 14-day COVID-19 positivity rate has dipped below 9%.The Iowa Department of Public Health on Saturday reported 555 new positive cases and 41 additional deaths.At 10 a.m., the health department reported 323,872 total positive cases, 293,101 total recoveries and 5,108 total deaths since the start of the pandemic.
