Some people may have trouble setting up an appointment, though. The Polk County Health Department only schedules enough appointments for the number of doses on hand.The department is updating its website to tell users if there are enough vaccine doses available for them to make an appointment.They say the best time to log on and sign up for a vaccination is Friday at noon.
