Hailey teamed the patriotic top with a pair of baggy grey sweatpants and a pair of low top Nike Dunk Lows in the University red colorway.
She accessorized with gold-rimmed shades with matching multiple necklaces.
Her light tresses were pulled back in a ponytail as she sported a black face mask with ‘vote’ printed all over it.
