Remember Billie Eilishs Bond Theme? The No Time to Die Music Video (Finally) Has a Release Date – Billboard

Back in February (remember the days pre-COVID?), Billie Eilish became the youngest-ever person to record a theme song for a James Bond movie. The song, “No Time to Die,” was set to feature in the film of the same name scheduled for release on April 10.

Fast forward seven months and a global pandemic later, the song’s music video is finally coming out ahead of the film’s rescheduled Nov. 20 release date.

Eilish took to Instagram on Wednesday (Sept. 30) to announce that the music video will be arriving on Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. PT. “FINALLYYYYYYY ‘no time to die’ music video out tomorrow at 9am pt @007 !!!!!!!!!” the 18-year-old star wrote alongside a screenshot from the black-and-white vignette, featuring Eilish at a microphone.

Upon its release, “No Time to Die” debuted at No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100 (dated Feb. 29), marking the latest theme song from a James Bond film to reach the chart. It is the highest-charting Bond theme on the Hot 100 since Adele‘s “Skyfall,” which debuted and peaked at No. 8 in October 2012.
