WWE NXT Champion Karrion Kross and Scarlett kicked off this weekβs broadcast on the USA Network. Kross was seen wearing a sling on his right arm due to the shoulder injury suffered during his match with Keith Lee at NXT TakeOver: XXX.
Kross confirmed that he is in pain because of his separated shoulder and acknowledged that he would not be able to defend the title.
Kross then left the title in the ring, apparently relinquishing it but he promised that doomsday is still coming because everyone pays the toll. As of now, itβs unknown how they will crown a new champion.
