SAG Awards Analysis: Oscar Race Upended As ‘CODA’, Jessica Chastain & Apple Score Big In First Test Of Guild Strength – Deadline

Bucatini all’Amatriciana Recipe

A Classic Roman Dish - Bucatini all'Amatriciana Like many of you, Meg and I watched the Stanley Tucci special on CNN called Searching for Italy. In the Rome episode, he has lunch at Armando Al Pantheon to enjoy their famous rigatoni all'amatriciana, one of Rome's famous pastas. I made it a little different and call it bucatini all'Amatriciana. Of course I had to run out and buy the ingredients so we could make it at home. Not a lot of ingredients and very simple to prepare and absolutely delicious. Let's look at some of the ingredients. Bucatini Bucatini is a pasta that looks a lot like spaghetti but it is thicker and has a whole running down through the strand. My kids like to say it looks like a straw made out of pasta.  If you lived in Naples, Italy, you would call...

Omicron variant symptoms: Original COVID symptoms you’ll experience – Deseret News

COVID-19 cases are dropping off across the United States, but there are still thousands of cases every day, many of them linked to the omicron variant. What to expect: The omicron variant has been seen as a mild version of the novel coronavirus. Yes, but: Mild doesn’t always mean mild. Mild symptoms could mean something like the flu or a cold, or it could mean such a severe cold that you barely miss hospitalization, as I wrote for the Deseret News. “The big question is whether or not you’re able to recuperate at home,” Carl Lambert Jr., a Chicago-based family physician, told HuffPost. Symptoms: Dr. Suneet Singh, the medical director of CareHive Health in Austin, Texas., told Yahoo! the omicron variant symptoms are often different than the normal COVID-19 symptoms. Singh li...

Successions Brian Cox at SAG Awards: Russian attack on Ukraine is truly, truly awful | TheHill – The Hill

Actor Brian Cox spoke emotionally about the conflict in Ukraine and the silencing of Russian artists on Sunday when accepting a Screen Actors Guild award for the cast of “Succession.” The Scottish actor, who plays Logan Roy in the HBO series, said Russia’s attack on Ukraine is “truly, truly awful,” before speaking out about entertainers in Russia not being allowed to opine on the situation in Ukraine. “One thing I’d like to add, which I think is important to me and I hope important to you and I think as actors and performers and writers and directors you will be. This is a thing that’s come to me about what’s going on in the Ukraine. It’s truly, truly awful,” Cox said while accepting the award for best drama ensemble. The actor remarked on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky...
