A Classic Roman Dish - Bucatini all'Amatriciana Like many of you, Meg and I watched the Stanley Tucci special on CNN called Searching for Italy. In the Rome episode, he has lunch at Armando Al Pantheon to enjoy their famous rigatoni all'amatriciana, one of Rome's famous pastas. I made it a little different and call it bucatini all'Amatriciana. Of course I had to run out and buy the ingredients so we could make it at home. Not a lot of ingredients and very simple to prepare and absolutely delicious. Let's look at some of the ingredients. Bob Saget died from head trauma, family says – CBS News

Actor and comedian Bob Saget died from head trauma, his family said Wednesday. Saget was 65 when he died last month. In a statement to Entertainment Tonight, the "Full House" star's family said he "accidentally hit the back of his head on something, thought nothing of it and went to sleep." Neither drugs nor alcohol were involved. "In the weeks since Bob's passing, we have been overwhelmed with the incredible outpouring of love from Bob's fans, which has been a great comfort to us and for which we are eternally grateful," the family said. COVID-19 seems to increase risk of serious heart ailments year after recovery: report – Fox News

Any infection with COVID-19—regardless of severity—seems to increase the risk of heart ailments for survivors, according to a new study that one researcher called "stunning." The study found an increased risk of 20 different heart and vessel issues for those who’ve had the virus a year earlier, Science magazine reported. "Governments and health systems around the world should be prepared to deal with the likely significant contribution of the COVID-19 pandemic to a rise in the burden of cardiovascular diseases," the paper read, according to the report. Bob Saget, the stand-up comedian and actor known for playing Danny Tanner on “Full House,” died of head trauma after he accidentally hit something, his family said in a statement on Wednesday.
