A Classic Roman Dish - Bucatini all'Amatriciana Like many of you, Meg and I watched the Stanley Tucci special on CNN called Searching for Italy. In the Rome episode, he has lunch at Armando Al Pantheon to enjoy their famous rigatoni all'amatriciana, one of Rome's famous pastas. I made it a little different and call it bucatini all'Amatriciana. Of course I had to run out and buy the ingredients so we could make it at home. Not a lot of ingredients and very simple to prepare and absolutely delicious. Let's look at some of the ingredients. Sting Sells Entire Songwriting Catalog To Universal Music – Deadline

Sting has become the latest elder rocker to cash in his songwriting catalog, selling his back output to Universal Music for a reported $300 million. In doing so, the 70-year-old Sting joins several such recent sales by artists, including Sony buying Bruce Springsteen’s songwriting catalog and recorded music copyrights for an estimated $550 million in December. Earlier last year, David Bowie’s estate sold his publishing catalog to Warner Chappell Music for $250 million. Sting’s catalog includes hits like “Roxanne,” “Every Breath You Take,” and “Message in a Bottle,” songs written for his solo career and for The Police. Kanye West has demanded an apology from Billie Eilish after claims the singer made a dig at Travis Scott during her recent concert. Eilish stopped in the middle of her performance at State Farm Arena in Atlanta last week after she noticed a fan having difficulty breathing. After the incident had been seen to, she told the crowd: “I wait for people to be OK until I keep going.” Many interpreted Eilish’s comment as a put-down of Scott, who continued to perform at his Astroworld concert in November while people in the crowd were being crushed. A recent case study published in the British Journal of Haematology reported that the man had been diagnosed with the disease, presenting with tumors all over his body, not long before he contracted COVID-19, which put him in the hospital for 11 days.
