Gut health expert DR MEGAN ROSSI shows you how to add many more years to your life – Daily Mail

Every day people come to my central London clinic looking for answers. They want to feel less tired, boost their energy, lose or gain weight, strengthen their skin. They want to think more clearly, improve their fertility or power up their immunity. But most of all, they want to know what to eat to live longer. As a dietitian and research scientist I can tell you that yes, longevity really can be achieved through food — if you follow an approach based on facts, not fads. Dr Megan Rossi, pictured, says: 'The simple act of piling more plants onto your plate is enough to transform your health and energy levels' I've long championed a science-backed way of eating that focuses on increasing your intake of what I call The Super Six: legumes, wholegrains, nuts and seeds, fr...

Bucatini all’Amatriciana Recipe

A Classic Roman Dish - Bucatini all'Amatriciana Like many of you, Meg and I watched the Stanley Tucci special on CNN called Searching for Italy. In the Rome episode, he has lunch at Armando Al Pantheon to enjoy their famous rigatoni all'amatriciana, one of Rome's famous pastas. I made it a little different and call it bucatini all'Amatriciana. Of course I had to run out and buy the ingredients so we could make it at home. Not a lot of ingredients and very simple to prepare and absolutely delicious. Let's look at some of the ingredients. Bucatini Bucatini is a pasta that looks a lot like spaghetti but it is thicker and has a whole running down through the strand. My kids like to say it looks like a straw made out of pasta.  If you lived in Naples, Italy, you would call...

‘Saturday Night Live’ Is Target Of Latest Kanye West Song Threat – Deadline

It’s not only Pete Davidson who has to watch out if Kanye West rolls up to 30 Rock. In a track released Thursday called “City of Gods,” West muses about taking his revenge on SNL, not coincidentally where his ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s current boyfriend Davidson works. “This afternoon a hundred goons pullin’ up to SNL / When I pull up, it’s dead on arrival,” West raps in the track. The song also features a sample from Alicia Keys, whose public utterings are usually a bit more benign. This latest track comes after West rapped in “My Life Was Never Easy, “God saved me from that crash/ just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass.” “City of Gods” arrives as West seem to be constantly in the news for his ongoing divorce with Kardashian over their children, his new romance with Jul...

Bill Lawrence Closes Massive New Overall Deal With Warner Bros. TV Group – The Story Behind 9-Figure Pact – Deadline

Bill Lawrence, the top comedy showrunner at the moment amid the enormous critical and commercial success of Ted Lasso, is staying put at Warner Bros. TV Group through 2028. After lengthy negotiations, Emmy winner Lawrence, who had a little time left on his current overall pact at the studio, has closed a blockbuster new five-year deal for his Doozer production company, I have learned. No one is commenting but sources value the pact at more than $100 million, catapulting Lawrence in the very top tier of TV showrunners. Like other overall agreements of that caliber in the era of Peak TV, the path to this one was not straight-forward, with some sources I spoke to calling it a wild ride. I hear Warner Bros. originally balked at Lawrence’s outsized financial ask. Because he is still u...
