In the Rome episode, he has lunch at Armando Al Pantheon to enjoy their famous rigatoni all'amatriciana, one of Rome's famous pastas. I made it a little different and call it bucatini all'Amatriciana. Of course I had to run out and buy the ingredients so we could make it at home. Tyrese Gibsons mom dies after battling Covid-19 and pneumonia – CNN

Murray had been hospitalized last week and died on Monday, Gibson shared. "On behalf of my family and everyone who ever spent anytime praying for my mother, this is the saddest moment of my life," Gibson wrote on Instagram. "My sweet Valentine just passed away." Gibson had previously shared his mother's health battle and had asked supporters for prayers. "May the lord Jesus Christ honor your walk with him and embrace you into the heavens," he wrote, along with a video of himself holding his mom's hand in her hospital bed. "From here on I ask that you HOLD MY HAND MOTHER and never let my hand go.......... Like you held my hand as a child and a teen never let my hand go mother," Gibson added. A bone marrow transplant is not a realistic option for most patients. Such transplants are highly invasive and risky, so they are generally offered only to people with cancer who have exhausted all other options. There have only been two known cases of an H.I.V. cure so far. Referred to as “The Berlin Patient,” Timothy Ray Brown stayed virus-free for 12 years, until he died in 2020 of cancer. In 2019, another patient, later identified as Adam Castillejo, was reported to be cured of H.I.V., confirming that Mr. Brown’s case was not a fluke. Both men received bone marrow transplants from donors who carried a mutation that blocks H.I.V. infection.
