R. Kelly told a judge on Wednesday that he won't take the witness stand at his sex trafficking trial, meaning he'll avoid the risk of a potentially brutal cross-examination. "You don't want to testify, correct?" U.S. District Judge Ann Connelly asked the R&B singer. He responded: "Yes, ma'am." Lawyers had already said Kelly was unlikely to testify in his own behalf. The third installment in J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter spinoff Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them has set a release date of April 15, the studio said Wednesday. That’s Easter weekend next year for the pic, which now has a title: Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. Warners is moving up the movie from its previous July 15 slot. Remember, all event titles on the Warner Bros slate are purely theatrical next year, not day-and-date on HBO Max. The star, 70, released a memoir on Tuesday and in it she reveals she's been in a relationship for 19 years with a woman she first met as a trainer at her gym. Peterson writes in "Yours Cruelly, Elvira: Memoirs of the Mistress of the Dark" that she first laid eyes on Teresa "T" Wierson while working out at Gold's Gym in Hollywood. Nicole Richie's birthday celebration was a lit occasion – literally. Lionel Richie's daughter turned 40 on Tuesday and a clip she shared on Instagram of her celebration shows the star's hair catching fire while she blew out her birthday candles. In the short video, Richie leans over a cake adorably decorated with a childhood photo of her on it when the ends of her hair go up in flames.
