Starting your day off with chocolate, or even sneaking in a bit before bed may not have the dire effects on weight gain you’d suspect, especially if done correctly among a certain population. Researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital studied the impact of adding milk chocolate to the diets of postmenopausal women for a paper published in The FASEB Journal.  The study analyzed 19 postmenopausal women who were involved in a randomized, controlled cross-over trial. The women consumed 100g of milk chocolate either within one hour of waking up or within one hour of going to bed. Bell's palsy has been reported as a rare side effect of COVID-19 vaccines, but it is actually more common in those who get sick with the disease, a new study finds. Researchers at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center and Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine found that coronavirus patients were seven times more likely to have the facial paralysis compared to those who had been vaccinated against the illness. Out of 37,000 vaccine recipients, only eight cases of Bell's palsy were reported - an incidence of 19 cases for every 100,000 vaccine recipients, compared to an incidence of 82 per 100,000 for Covid patients. Jared "Drake" Bell pleaded guilty on Wednesday to two charges related to crimes involving a minor. The former Nickelodeon star, known for his role on "Drake and Josh," entered his plea virtually in Cuyahoga County court. The 34-year-old entered a guilty plea to two charges: one count of attempted child endangerment, a fourth-degree felony; and one count of disseminating matters harmful to juveniles, a first-degree misdemeanor. The charges stem from an incident involving a 15-year-old Canadian girl who attended a concert at the Odeon Concert Club in Cleveland in December 2017.
