A U.S. District Judge in Manhattan has decided that a man accusing Oscar-winning actor Kevin Spacey of sexually abusing him when he was 14 cannot proceed with the case anonymousuly. On Monday, Judge Lewis A. Kaplan refused to let the man proceed only as "C.D." in a lawsuit filed in September in New York state court and later moved to federal court. The lawsuit claims that C.D. was abused by the actor when he was underage in the 1980s. The man had reportedly met Spacey in the actor's suburban New York acting class before the alleged abuse, according to the lawsuit which seeks over $40 million in damages. Adam Sandler finally responded to the viral video that captured the moment he was turned away from a Long Island IHOP.  The former "Saturday Night Live" star was praised online for his positive attitude after he and his daughter were told by a teenage employee at the restaurant that there would be a lengthy wait to be seated, prompting the star to politely exit the restaurant. Disney has finally showed off a first look at its “real” retractable lightsaber, which the company started teasing in April, with a new video showing the saber in action — and it looks very, very cool. As rumored, the new toy lightsaber doesn’t require any awkward plastic prop blades, instead featuring a retractable light-up blade that extends out from the (otherwise fairly normal-looking) hilt — just like the crackling energy blades in the films and shows.
