SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Department of Health reported 360 new cases of COVID-19 in Utah on Saturday, with no new deaths and 23,022 vaccinations. The rolling seven-day average for new cases is now 342, according to the health department. The positive test rate per day as calculated by the "people over people" method is now 6.6%.
