Nearly 60,000 doses of J&J COVID-19 vaccine set to expire in Arkansas – New York Post

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Nearly 60,000 doses of Arkansas’ allotment of the Johnson & Johnson coronavirus vaccine are nearing their expiration date and would have to be discarded if not used by the end of June, according to a state health official. The Johnson & Johnson doses administered so far include 11,150 given May 1 through Friday — an average of fewer than 400 per day, according to data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. “What we have done is move them around,” to various vaccination sites, “so that the earlier expiring doses get used,” state epidemiologist Jennifer Dillaha told the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette. “States everywhere are in a similar situation where they’re not ordering doses,” Dillaha said. A clown-nosed protester at a McK High vaccine clinic on Friday | Photos submitted by Johnny Kell A small group of six or seven anti-vaxxers appeared to protest a COVID-19 vaccination clinic at McKinleyville High School on Friday afternoon. Kell also told the Outpost that the protestors repeatedly entered the campus and swarmed students’ cars as they entered and left the clinic, trying to give them pamphlets and blocking their view of the road. The protestors’ interactions with Kell himself were more aggressive. Family calls out ‘dead wrong’ anti-vax pastor after coronavirus fatality – Raw Story

Controversial anti-vax Pastor Greg Locke was the subject of a damning new expose by CNN. "Pastor Greg Locke has grown his congregation over the last year by preaching that Covid-19 is a "fake pandemic" and the vaccine is a scam. Many people who were eager to get around pandemic restrictions drove from out of state to attend services at Locke's Global Vision Bible Church in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee," CNN reported. "But Locke's preaching on Covid-19, and the vaccines designed to combat it, had already caused a rift in one family when a member died from the virus," CNN explained. "Coburn Kennedy, an attendee of Locke's church, died from Covid-19 on April 13, his son, William, confirmed to CNN." CNN saw screenshots of a family group chat where Coburn Kennedy said in February that the vaccines c...
