Kelly Osbourne revealed she's relapsed after staying sober for nearly four years.  The media personality, 36, told fans Monday on her Instagram Stories that she's not "proud" of her actions and is already working to get "back on track." "This is a little hard for me to talk about, but I’ve always promised you that I will always be honest with you about where I’m at and what’s going on in my road to recovery," Osbourne admitted. "I relapsed. The former president of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association sent an email calling Black Lives Matter a racist movement, according to a report from the Los Angeles Times on Tuesday. Forty-three Iowa counties are now declining their allocation of COVID-19 vaccines. That's more than double the number of counties that declined doses last week. The majority is centered around northwest Iowa.
