Johnny Depp will not have his day in court (again). The actor has been denied an appeal in his high-profile libel case in the UK with The Sun publisher News Group Newspapers. Depp was looking to overturn a decision in which Judge Andrew Niccol ruled that the tabloid was fair in calling him a “wife beater”, with the verdict asserting that the accusation was “substantially true” in regard to his relationship with ex-wife Amber Heard. That ruling has now been upheld by the UK Court of Appeal. This is a significant blow for Depp. After the initial trial, he was dropped from Warner Bros’ Fantastic Beasts franchise and replaced by Mads Mikkelsen, and he is now tarred with the ‘wife beater’ brush ahead of his blockbuster defamation trial against Heard in the U.S. next year. Adam Levine is riding a wave of pain after getting his entire leg tattooed. The Maroon 5 frontman debuted the massive tattoo on Wednesday, March 24, revealing the literal wave that is now sweeping from his ankle and across his thigh. The wave, which is styled similar to that of the famous art piece The Great Wave Off Kanagawa by Japanese artist Hokusai, wraps around his entire limb.  He captioned the video, "Today was ouch but worth it." The artist later joked that having the tattoo on his leg made it "the most painful way to get a tan." This is just the latest addition to Adam's body of work. According to multiple reports, this is the singer's 27th tattoo. A frustrated Prince Charles wanted to defend himself and his family with a more detailed response to Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s claims during their sit-down with Oprah Winfrey earlier this month, according to a report.   Buckingham Palace released a short statement following the royal couple’s claims in the interview -- that included allegations of racism -- saying the family was "saddened" to hear the couple express their difficulties while living in England. "The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning," the statement said. "While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately.
