‘Game of Thrones’ Actress Esmé Bianco Accuses Marilyn Manson of Physical Abuse – Rolling Stone

Game of Thrones actress Esmé Bianco is the latest woman to come forward with allegations of physical and psychological abuse against Marilyn Manson, who the actress dated in 2011. After hinting that she was also a Manson survivor in an Instagram post last week — joining fellow actress Evan Rachel Wood and at least five other women — Bianco detailed to the Cut the abuse Manson allegedly inflicted on her during the few months she lived with the shock rocker, including accusations that Manson inflicted wounds like cuts and bruises that left permanent scars on her body. On one occasion, Bianco claims Manson cut her torso with a knife. “I just remember laying there, and I didn’t fight it,” Bianco told the Cut. “It was kind of this final-straw moment where I had lost all sense of hope a...

The two, longtime friends who live in the same Calabasas, Calif. neighborhood, sparked romance rumors multiple times over the years and raised eyebrows again last month when they hung out together at her mother Kris Jenner's vacation home near Palm Springs, Calif. Also in recent weeks, they have also acted flirty on Instagram. E! News soon learned that the two have been dating since last December. A source said that "it's been very low-key" between them, adding, "They are a really good match, and Kourtney's entire family already loves Travis. They have been neighbors and great friends for years, and it just recently turned romantic." "Travis has always had an eye for Kourtney," the insider continued. "The chemis...

Robin Thicke Explains Why He Takes Criticism of “Blurred Lines” With a “Grain of Salt” – E! NEWS

Since releasing "Blurred Lines" in 2013, Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams have faced controversy for all sorts of reasons. In 2015, the two musicians were ordered to posthumously award Marvin Gaye a songwriting credit on the song, after a federal jury found them responsible for copyright infringement.  The songwriting process was also a topic of debate, with Robin claiming that he played a large role in creating the single, something he later admitted was untrue. According to The Hollywood Reporter, he confessed to lying about his contributions to the song during the copyright infringement trial, saying, "I was jealous and I wanted some of the credit … I tried to take credit for it later because [Williams] wrote the whole thing pretty much by himself and I was envious of that." ...

“Malcolm & Marie” Tries To Be Great Art But Fails – BuzzFeed News

If I’m being honest, the main reason Netflix’s Malcolm & Marie, a movie I started and stopped no fewer than five times before finally completing it, piqued my interest was its aesthetic, which seemed to be an obvious homage to the iconic 1966 Mike Nichols film Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?, starring Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. I thought I was in for a feast. Like Woolf, Malcolm & Marie is shot in black and white and features a couple unraveling. It was written and directed by Sam Levinson, the man behind Euphoria, the hit HBO show following the lives of angsty teens. The majority of the story revolves around its titular characters, played by John David Washington and Zendaya, a couple who pull no punches when it comes to hashing out the ills of their toxic...

Sarah Silverman responds to resurfaced Britney Spears jokes made in 2007: Unfortunate – Fox News

Sarah Silverman responded to the backlash she received over jokes she made about Britney Spears in 2007. Renewed attention has been placed on the pop star after the release of the documentary "The New York Times Presents: Framing Britney Spears." The documentary, which Spears did not participate in, delves into the media’s handling of her during her early days of fame as well as her ongoing conservatorship battle with her father.  With heightened scrutiny on those who came after Spears in the past came a resurfaced clip of Silverman mocking the star during the 2007 MTV Video Music Awards. At the time, the comedian made several jokes at the then-25-year-old performer’s expense following a lackluster opening performance of her song "Gimme More" at the same event. BRITNEY SPEARS FANS SLA...

“Buffy” Actors Are Supporting Charisma Carpenter After Her Joss Whedon Allegations – BuzzFeed News

Stars who appeared in Buffy the Vampire Slayer and its spinoff, Angel, are lending support to actor Charisma Carpenter after she spoke out against the shows' creator, Joss Whedon, on Wednesday. "While I am proud to have my name associated with Buffy Summers, I don't want to be forever associated with the name Joss Whedon," said Sarah Michelle Gellar, who played the vampire-hunting protagonist, in an Instagram post. "I stand with all survivors of abuse and am proud of them for speaking out," she said. "Thank you @sarahmgellar for saying this," added her costar Michelle Trachtenberg, who played Dawn, Buffy Summers' younger sister. "I am brave enough now as a 35 year old woman....To repost this. Because. This must. Be known. As a teenager. With his not appropriate behavior." "W...
