Millie Bobby Brown says fame is still overwhelming as she tearfully recalls uncomfortable fan encounter – Fox News

Mille Bobby Brown recalled a fan encounter that left her in tears while she was out Christmas shopping with her mom. The 16-year-old actress gained notoriety for her role in "Stranger Things," and while she says she is still learning how to deal with fame at an early age, she isn't always comfortable being photographed or filmed without her consent. Brown made the revelation on her Instagram Story on Monday. In a now-deleted video, the young star explained she was out Christmas shopping with her mom and, while paying for gifts, a fan approached her to ask if she could film her. "A girl came up to me and asked if I was whoever, and I said, 'Yes.' She said, 'Can I take a video of you?' I said, 'No.' But why would anyone want to take a video of me? It's not like the both of us," she said...

The Godfather Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone review – Coppola edits the past – The Guardian

Just when you thought you were out … he pulls you back in. Francis Ford Coppola has presided over different editorial remixes of Apocalypse Now, and now he’s done the same with his little-loved The Godfather Part III from 1990: with new edits and a new title. He and co-writer Mario Puzo have removed the “threequel” stigma by renaming it The Godfather Coda: The Death of Michael Corleone, but, at 158 minutes (compared with the 175 and 202 minutes of the other two films), it’s hardly short enough to be a coda and doesn’t function structurally as a coda in any way. Rightly or wrongly, it is exactly what the original title declared it to be: part three, the third act in the life of Michael Corleone (Al Pacino), who in his 60s tries to go into respectable business by bailing out the Vatican’s f...

An inside look at how coronavirus vaccines will be distributed – CBS News

Some 40 million doses of coronavirus vaccine are already being produced. As soon as the Food and Drug Administration approves, they'll start shipping. "This is going to be one of the most challenging public health distribution efforts we've seen," said Dr. Amesh Adalja, a senior scholar at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security. Complicating the effort, the Pfizer vaccine must be kept at -94 degrees Fahrenheit and is shipped in batches of about 1,000 doses packed in specialized containers cooled by dry ice. "Every box will have a monitor that goes with it, so we'll be able to monitor not only the temperature but where the shipments are going," said Mike Parra, CEO of DHL Express Americas. DHL will handle international shipments of vaccines, moving them from the factory to an airport...

Pence tells governors coronavirus vaccine distribution could begin in two weeks – CBS News

Some doses of the COVID-19 vaccine could begin to be distributed as early as mid-December, Vice President Mike Pence told the nation's governors during a conference call with the White House Coronavirus Task Force Monday. "We strongly believe the vaccine distribution process could begin as soon as the week of December 14," Pence said, according to audio of the call obtained by CBS News. "With this morning's news that Moderna is joining Pfizer in submitting an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA), we continue to be on pace." The main focus of the call, which was led by the vice president, was to lay out the timeline of vaccine approval and distribution. Food and Drug Administration Commissioner Stephen Hahn didn't commit to the December 14 date, but he did say the agency would make a ...

Earlier this year, Page Six, spoke to a source close to the couple. They were seen getting close in New York City. A source told the outlet, "They shared a hotel suite during that trip in New York. However, Rihanna is reluctant to put a label on it as it’s so soon after Hassan. They’re really enjoying each other’s company and taking things easy as it’s still early days.” The source added, “It’s really casual between them and she’s not thinking about whether there’s a future with Rocky. She’s a newly single girl having fun.”
