An inmate claims he was "forced" to assault Kelly "in hopes of getting spotlight attention and world news notice to shed light on the government corruption." R. Kelly is asking a judge to release him on bail after he was attacked last week by an inmate. In a motion filed Friday (Sept. 4), Kelly’s attorney Michael I. Leonard says not only did the Bureau of Prisons not protect his client, but also that personnel at the facility actually encouraged the inmate to attack the singer. As proof, Leonard presented to the judge a handwritten motion from inmate Jeremiah Farmer confessing to the attack. Film producer Tyler Perry, best known for the hit Madea movies, is building a massive mansion in Atlanta befitting of his new billionaire status. Aerial photos emerged on Friday offering the first look at the 35,000 square foot estate being constructed on 1,200 acres of land near Perry's studio in Georgia.   The movie mogul owns properties in Los Angeles and Atlanta, but the sprawling mansion is set to be Perry's most extravagant residence yet as it's expected to include an airplane hangar and runway for his private jet, TMZ reports.  Perry was first reported to be building the home in 2018 after spending several years working on the design and construction.
