The conclusions of the investigation, which was ordered by Health Secretary Matt Hancock after it emerged officials were “exaggerating” virus deaths, are expected this week, the newspaper said. COVID-19 death toll continues to climb in San Antonio, Bexar County – KSAT San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO – COVID-19 related deaths are continuing to climb in San Antonio and Bexar County, as indicated by numbers on the city of San Antonio’s website. With 10 deaths reported on Saturday and 13 additional deaths confirmed on Sunday, a total of 23 COVID-19 related deaths were announced over the weekend. On Sunday, Bexar County’s COVID-19 case load increased as the city announced 252 additional COVID-19 cases. The additional cases bring Bexar County’s cumulative total to 42,873 cases since the start of the pandemic. Thirteen more COVID-19 deaths were confirmed, bringing the death toll to 445.
