This morning on WWE Talking Smack, AJ Styles broke some news on Sami Zayn while hyping the Triple Threat Ladder Match for Sunday’s Clash of Champions pay-per-view.
While still in character, Styles revealed that Sami Zayn just became a father and that is why he won’t be up to the task this Sunday at the pay-per-view.
Styles said, “He hasn’t been doing anything. From what I hear, he’s a brand new father.”
He continued, “When your wife starts getting big, so do you. You eat right with her because you don’t want to make her feel bad so you just gobble it up right beside her, whatever she wants to eat, we’ll eat together. Listen, Sami has probably been rubbing her feet because when you’re pregnant…he hasn’t been doing nothing but rubbing feet and eating!”
If Zayn has indeed become a father, then we send along congratulations to him and his wife on the great news.
Zayn recently returned to action on SmackDown and is claiming that he is the real Intercontinental Champion since he never lost the title. Everything will be settled tomorrow night when Zayn steps into the ring with Styles and Intercontinental Champion Jeff Hardy tomorrow night.
The baby news would explain why Zayn was off TV for a few months.
